With a goal to change PM/leadership of ruling NCP in Nepal, RAW's intelligence agents have been staying fiercely and fixedly in Kathmandu for a few days now. On September 30-October 1/2/3, 2002, two veteran Indian ambassadors, KV Rajan and Maharaj Kumar Rasgotra, came openly and many RAW intelligence agents came secretly. Sher Bahadur Deuba was dismissed by King Gyanendra on 4 October, 2002. What happened in-between 4 years? In 2008, not only was the then King Gyanendra dethroned, but also the 248-year-old Shah dynasty came to an end.
Nepal-India open border should be closed immediately and visa system should be implemented for cross-border movement so that a new era can begin with an end to India's continued interference in Nepal's politics/internal affairs.

पछिल्लो समय केपी ओलीले राष्ट्र र राष्ट्रियताका पक्षमा राम्रा काम गर्दै गइरहेका छन्, जुन प्रशंसनीय छ । जहाँसम्म राजीनामाको कुरो छ, यो स्थितिमा राजीनामा दिनु ठीक छैन । र, राजीनामा दिएर हुनेवाला प्रधानमन्त्री भनेको पुकदा, माकुने--तिनको पृष्ठभूमि कस्तो छ--विगतलाई हेर्नुपर्‍यो । कताबाट सञ्चालित छन्, कसका लागि प्रधानमन्त्री हुने, केका लागि प्रधानमन्त्री हुने ? पुकदा र माकुनेलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउनु भनेको मुलुकमा पूरै इण्डियन हस्तक्षेप हुनु हो, इण्डिया-करण हुनु हो । त्यसैले यसमा घोर आपत्ति छ । अहिलेको स्थितिमा प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओली नै हुनुपर्छ ।
काम गर्दागर्दै पनि केही मिस्टेकहरू हुन्छन् । एउटा मिस्टेक हुँदा त्यसलाई लिएर नानाथरी गाली बेइज्जती गर्ने अधिकार छ भने उनले पनि बोल्न पाउँछन् । राजीनामा मागिएको छ- कारण के त ? नक्सा निकाल्दैमा 'गल्ती भएर' राजीनामा दिनुपर्ने हो कि ? नागरिकता विधेयक ल्यायो भनेर राजीनामा दिने हो कि ? इण्डियासँग झुकेन, विदेशीहरू र कुनै पनि राष्ट्रसँग झुकेन भनेर राजीनामा दिने हो कि ? त्यसैले राजीनामा दिनुको पनि अर्थ हुनुपर्‍यो । र हामी जनताले बुझ्नुपर्‍यो कि अब को मान्छे कसरी, केको लागि आउँदो रहेछ र, कहाँ पुग्नको लागि रहेछ भन्ने कुरा पनि हामीले बुझ्नुपर्छ । कुर्सीका लागि मर्नेहरूले, टीको लगाइदिएको कुनै पनि एउटा अध्यक्षले जनताबाट निर्वाचित अध्यक्षलाई राजीनामा दे भन्न मिल्छ कि मिल्दैन ?  पुकदा बरू यति सक्षम व्यक्ति हुन् भने पार्टीको साधारण सदस्यबाट पनि राजीनामा दिएर सडकतिर, जनतातिर जाऊन्; निर्वाचित भएर आऊन्, देश चलाऊन् ।

If they have to lose a little land, property and debauchery due to a new law then some "rich" people here begin to oppose that law and referring to the "importance and greatness of ancient law and culture," and the "inappropriateness of modernity," they begin to paralyse the whole "country" and the state addresses their concerns because they are the state; homeless and poor people go abroad for jobs by taking loans from moneylenders so as not to die of hunger and diseases and to have a house with separate room(s) for their grownup children. Government says "do not go abroad, do work in the farmlands," but all people do not have enough lands which are adequate for their food and for those who have lands, in the absence of market and reasonable prices for agricultural produce - home-return preaching is meaningless. "Prime Minister Employment Program" has become a source of loot for the dishonest political cadres. According to farmers, sugar-mills do not buy local sugarcane at reasonable price because the mill owners carry sugarcane overnight in trucks from open border either furtively or in collusion with border police. Government is paying no attention in establishing small-scale industries based on farmers' produce. There are often no suitable employment opportunities for people other than those who are eating the earnings of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers, those who are former British Army, those who are the flatterers of the leaders and ministers. People like "elder and big leaders" of Nepali Congress, former finance ministers, holders of PhD from the US - whose sons and grandchildren live in the US - they go to the villages and deliver speech - "Work in the brick kilns, nothing is achieved by just getting education." If so, why are these schools and universities befooling the public? What are these "unemployment producers" for? Government is afraid to legitimize red-light-areas on one hand and on the other hand nepal telecom encourages young men to masturbate.

Is this the same land where at a point of time a political leader like Ganeshman Singh, a man of iron, an example of selflessness, and Siddhicharan Shrestha, a revolutionary-romanticist poet, were also present? Did they suffer in their lives to use kathmandu for 'nepal' in sectarian sense? It does not seem to be so. Due to the diversity of the population here, linguistic communities would be better to arrange an interpreter or translator while doing their programs. Not only law, the government is also made up of parliament. This issue was different that due to communal sentiments some MPs of the ruling political party in connection with the guthi-bill have stood in opposition to the government but in general when there is a majority government of a political party it is tragic if pedantic-amusements by bringing things such as "government makes no law, parliament does" to deny the sentences like "government could not change old law" are emphasized. Politics or political science is not a rhetoric or literary genre where opinions like "art for art's sake" also are in vogue. Dispute-for-dispute is not a good thing. Such things shadow more important things such as Defense Minister Ishwar Pokhrel knows who is the army officer who killed Nirmala Panta, discussions on the relevancy of the proposed army bill, the secret of obstruction of the service flow of nepal telecom whenever things related to Ajeya Sumargi's assets come to light and so on.

The effort of delivering this message from Kathmandu is being made by newarists that even the majority government in nepal can not create new laws to end old feudal practices and can not change the old laws. It means stop the way of saying the rebels "come in mainstream politics" and always keep their selfish interests by creating instability and chaos here.
Newar, especially the "inborn buddhists," when they talk of "social justice," they still remain limited to the point of casteism within their caste. They are so narrow to the "principle of social justice" that they can not go beyond newarism.
Women brought up in guthi "culture" are seen to be used to their lifelong habit of racism and can not become progressive, not even after mixed marriage with brahmins who are called barmu by the newar people.
In the condition of not disclosing the names, the trusted sources say that some people associated with Patan Machhindranath Jatra had stolen valuable antiques and have built towering houses with money earned by selling them to foreigners. Should not the "guthiyars" or trustees take responsibility for the disappearance of sculptures? They say that the private guthi's lands are not of the government, but has been received from personal donations, but are these guthis not being used only for the promotion of sectarian feelings? It is worth mentioning that the donors of the lands of many private guthis run by newar trustees are not newars. The principle of secularism is not enough, the attitude and behaviour of respect for this principle should be seen in the life of every citizen. The sectarian guthis, even if they are generated from the donations of individual lands, can not help in the formation of the above mentioned life and behavior, in reverse, can be seen only destroying them.
Nawar people of kathmandu are seen ruthlessly sectarianizing the language of even their buddhist programs in which non-newar common people who do not understand newari are also sitting. In their programs, when a non-newar minister or such people are invited, they manipulatively run them in nepali, in their word "parvate," language and immediately after the specific invitees go out, they begin to impose the sectarianization of language. Thus, except the welfare of their own "community," absence of the development of the feeling of generously working for everyone is the role "guthi tradition" or "guthi culture" is playing. These people neither work themselves nor do they let other communities and government work, nor do they leave blaming other communities for their downfall, nor do they leave pretending, nor do they leave saying "the real ruler is not the majority government, but our 'guthi culture.'"

"Religion is like opium" - this empirical observation can not be denied just because it was karl marx to state it. Screaming pictures of "rich" women on the streets of kathmandu shouting out "jatra is our soul" speaks the same thing. Violent expressions of hatred of buddhist monks against burmese rohingya also says the same. Its signals can not be ignored in kathmadau, too; details of newar muslims do not obscure these signals because the possibility of victimization of another religious community can not be ruled out. Constant disappointment and suppression of new ideas will no longer make kathmandu worthy of sympathy and protection. Old structure giving helping hand to sectarianization of very narrow mindset and sectarianism of speech community, whether its name is guthi or kuti, need to be overthrown. Community that considers the "culture" of "banquet" and "festival" as "dearer than life," this "dearness" will one day become venom for them. The provisions, whether ancient or modern, that only do good to the feudal lords and chiefs, that teach to treat them still as "leaders," if even young people of the new age hang on them, if they also think "banquet" and "festival" as their "everything," then, as morning shows the day, it is only hypocrisy to show off advanced feelings like human rights and equality, which ultimately will create distrust and unbelief towards electoral system in people of the basic levels. Kathmandu now has to leave the habit of thinking that it alone represents a "country" called nepal. It is only a part of a province and it can no longer make other provinces toe the kathmandu line. People who give priority to sectarian naming such as "nepal-mandal" create misconceptions by saying that "socialism is a caste-based system," which is sad. Providing protection and support to sectarian-extremist institutions and structures is not the principle of secularism. If this continues to happen then this means that they are finally ready for political regression, too. If there is no change in this old contemplation of supposing "newar," which is a linguistic community or caste, and "nepal" as synonymous, then nepal will remain a "nation" limited only to kathmandu. No one can stop uprising without addressing its causes.
No sect can fully be praised unless and until muslims start giving zakat to hindus and buddhists as well, hindus and buddhists start donating to muslims as well. There is no religion, creed and caste of poverty. If the work of encouraging racial organizations and structures in lieu of promoting social and philanthropic deeds of servicing helpless and oppressed still remains constant then it is a weighty evidence that revolution is still incomplete. Most of the guthi's income is spent in festivals and feasts. It will do bad for the concerned community in the long run if they do not escape from this "culture" of festivals and feasts. If it was not for a sect but for serving orphans, helpless and poor then today all people would have supported guthis. The work of those institutions could have been supported if they got up from the sectarian prejudices for the welfare and benevolence of all human beings. Even after the promulgation of new law, it would be necessary to preserve the guthi-lands and use them in a nonsectarian way for the benefit of the public and this should be the subject of debate.

Indra Jatra - procession of Indra devata - celebrated by calling Indra a thief, Karunamaya Jatra - processions of a Compassionate one - that begin after ritual sacrifices, Kumari Jatra - a procession of virgin devi - celebrated by bothering a caste-specific female child -- all these lootings in the name of festivals should be stopped. Are developed countries so developed because their "tourism business" is based on such futile "festivals"? Ancient ideals can not be imposed by destroying ancient freedoms and tolerances.
